01 Is Expandi any Good? My expert Review
Expandi has greatly helped me in my lead generation, as it is an automated way to send messages through LinkedIn. I believe what sets this apart from other tools, is the "smart inbox" that collects all your conversations in one place, allowing you to follow-up quickly and efficiently. In a recent campaign to reach marketing directors within the SaaS Industry, Expandi allowed me to connect a person's most recent post(s) and company news into my message. This was a huge improvement to my open and response rates.
While I did experience a significant learning curve (and even experienced a few issues with over-aggressive connection requests), I learned to limit my connections per day and space out my activities more naturally, rather than sending multiple requests at once. While the platform offers safety features, you will still need to learn how to use them effectively. That being said, the ability to add images and GIFs to personalize your messages is fantastic in helping stand-out; however, I did spend a considerable amount of time initially creating the right sequence for the best outcome.
Although the cost is higher than many alternative solutions, the fact that Expandi utilizes a cloud-based system helps protect against risks associated with having my IP address flagged by LinkedIn. For serious B2B professionals who utilize LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities, Expandi provides consistent results when utilized with caution and strategy.
