So far, my experience with Formaloo has been excellent. I had some queries which I emailed on a Friday evening and by the next morning, I had received responses. The software is user-friendly and intuitive. It's a comprehensive form software that's easy to comprehend and implement. I have several forms on my website, both on the front and back end, and setting it up was a breeze. My only suggestion would be to have a conditional redirect that occurs "on select" rather than waiting for the form to submit. However, since Formaloo is a young company with a promising future, I anticipate this feature to be available soon. I switched to Formaloo due to its affordability and simplicity. The iframe option also causes fewer problems with my WordPress site.

An Excellent Choice for Form and Survey Creation

Overall, I consider Formaloo a fantastic tool and I intend to utilize more of its features soon. I bought it during a Limited Time Deal (LTD) and have primarily used it as a form builder and survey tool. It's user-friendly and provides numerous templates. I was also impressed by the customer service, which was highly responsive and quick to address my questions. I value their continuous improvements and introduction of new features. I aim to explore other features they provide, like the database and no-code apps. However, I believe the interface and form design could be enhanced. The customization options could also be improved. For example, there could be more choices for image placement to style the form, the buttons could be more appealing, and the form header could be more attractive. I switched to Formaloo because it allowed me to style the form and create logical conditions, and it was available as an LTD at a very reasonable price.

Highly Versatile Tool for Quizzes, Surveys, Forms.

I find Formaloo to be a highly versatile tool for my quizzes, surveys, forms, and future apps. I particularly love the visual logic jumps feature. Formaloo provides me with the freedom to create interactive experiences for my customers. The team behind it is fantastic. They offer complete freedom with CSS, allowing me to style my quizzes. This is a feature that most other similar tools lack. They even allow me to add my custom JavaScript code, which is something none of the other 1 similar tools I've used offer. This lets me add chat, tracking codes, and a ton of other useful features.

A Robust Form Creator Backed by a Solid Team

Pros: I appreciate that Formaloo has numerous built-in templates for nearly all use cases, significantly reducing the time required to create forms. It also offers folder level access management, enabling us to share pertinent data with the appropriate individual. Additionally, it integrates with Paypal and Stripe, allowing us to accept payments directly from the form without any additional setup or page redirection. Cons: The UI/UX could use substantial improvement. There are also many minor issues that need to be addressed to enhance usability.
