I also really like Sequences on the sales side because they allow me to do follow-up emails as well as track/log every single interaction related to the contact's timeline. And when clients ask about post-sale management, the ability to manage their tickets in Service Hub; view conversations within the Conversations Inbox; and access a central knowledge base for solutions keeps all the activity logged against the customer history and does NOT require multiple systems to be used.
