And when clients ask about post-sale management, the ability to manage their tickets in Service Hub; view conversations within the Conversations Inbox; and access a central knowledge base for solutions keeps all the activity logged against the customer history and does NOT require multiple systems to be used.

ActiveCampaign is where I go when the main problem is lifecycle automation, not “all-in-one agency hosting.” I can build branching automations with site tracking + link tracking, then tailor emails with conditional content and predictive sending.
