If I were replacing Internxt today, I’d shortlist Dropbox for day-to-day sync, Box for compliance-heavy content ops, and Proton Drive for zero-access privacy workflows.

To get "one shared folder" across all my laptops & mobile devices I rely on Dropbox's Team Folders + Dropbox's file syncing capabilities. I prefer using Dropbox SmartSync (Cloud-Only Placeholders for Desktops), since I don't want to burn through all of my laptop's SSD storage by storing gigabytes of big-client archives in them. For sending files out to clients, I prefer using Dropbox Transfer. In fact, Dropbox says it will support file transfers of up to 100GB per transfer via this tool, making it an easy way to ship one giant video export to a client without having to invite that client into the entire workspace. The pricing for Dropbox is outlined on their public plan page. That page indicates Plus pricing at $9.99 / month, while Standard pricing is listed at $15/user/month.
