Supplier Invoice Capture That Speeds Approval and Categorization
What surprised me was how useful the supplier invoice capture turned out to be. Forwarding documents into the platform is simple, and the extraction is good enough that approval and categorization take far less time. We also got an extra three months via Joinsecret, which was a nice bonus rather than the main reason to use it

The VAT handling is one of the stronger parts for us. You can quickly see which expenses are complete, which ones still need a receipt, and what is ready for export to the accountant. There is still a bit of manual review needed, but much less than with our previous setup
