It's a different approach compared to other tools like Hubspot and Zoominfo, which makes it stand out. The pricing of Leadfeeder, at $12k per year, is a testament to the value it provides, and the year-long commitment ensures you have ample time to fully utilize and appreciate its features. Their auto-renewal process is straightforward - you just need to cancel 3 days prior to the renewal date. It's a good practice to set a reminder for this. What I find particularly impressive is their proactive approach when it comes to invoice payment. They actively reach out via email and LinkedIn, ensuring you never miss a payment date. If an invoice isn't paid after the renewal date, it goes to collections, which is a standard business practice. Even after I cancelled my subscription, our invoice was accidentally paid. Once they received their payment, they were less active in communication, which I interpreted as respect for my decision to cancel. It's clear that their primary concern is maintaining a smooth business operation. In conclusion, I find Leadfeeder to be a valuable tool with a year-long contract, a clear auto-renewal process, and commendable customer service.
