Effortlessly Craft Custom Applications with Caspio
I had a fantastic experience with Caspio. Their technical team offered to assist me in building my custom app, but I preferred a more hands-on approach and found their tutorial videos very educational. As someone with some database experience, I appreciated the design features and concepts similar to Access and SQL statements. I was surprised by how much I could configure with just a data page. Initially, I was impressed with the cost per data page, but I soon realized that a robust application would push me into the mid/highest price tier. I really enjoy the video tutorials and the numerous powerful design features. I'm still unsure about integrating with other systems like accounting or using it on mobile devices. I chose Caspio over Kintone because it seemed easier to learn and use, and it has a good design flow. Plus, Quick Base seemed quite pricey.

What I use most is the real device cloud. Being able to open the same build on actual iPhones and Android devices without maintaining a device lab is a big win. Touch responsiveness and viewport behavior are easier to verify there than in simulators, especially for checkout flows

Issues + PR Links Keep Planning Clean
I mostly use GitHub for private repos and issue tracking, and it does a solid job of keeping product and engineering in sync. Being able to link commits and pull requests to issues sounds small, but it makes weekly planning a lot less messy. We also got a year of cloud credits worth about 10k through Joinsecret when we were setting things up, which helped us offset some infra costs early on.
