I was looking for an equity management platform that would not only simplify the process of issuing equity, but also offer an engaging and motivating equity dashboard for our employees. Ledgy has successfully fulfilled these requirements. A surprising advantage has been the efficiencies created in investor reporting. The customer service team is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, which is essential when dealing with sensitive employee equity data. After conversing with their Product team, it's clear that they are highly customer-centric and committed to developing a product that directly meets their needs. I've discovered that Ledgy is currently broadening their functionality to ease the preparation of annual ERS filings and other standard reporting. I switched to Ledgy because it provides comprehensive support for migration to an equity management platform that is more tailored to UK and European companies.
