While I initially found the Kustomer platform somewhat challenging to learn, especially as a business new to customer service software, I appreciate that it provides the necessary tools for excellent customer service. It offers a comprehensive timeline of all customer interactions, whether via chat, email, or SMS, which aids in understanding and meeting customer needs. I like that all queries are displayed in one panel, preventing duplicates and providing a centralized location for managing customer conversations. The integration with other tools and platforms, such as messaging apps and Shopify, is also beneficial. However, the pricing can be a bit steep, so it may not be the best choice for companies on a tight budget. But if you're in search of an app that can organize your conversations and provide visibility at all times, I would definitely recommend considering Kustomer.
