    In my six years of experience in CRM, my journey with SalesManago Marketing Automation has been quite a unique one. They pride themselves on being automation specialists, and it's quite impressive. They managed to send our welcome email with just a 2-minute delay, which is quite a feat considering the volume of clients they handle. Whenever we had an issue, they were prompt to add us to a ticket queue. Every two weeks, they would escalate it to another team, ensuring that our concerns were being addressed by the right people. They would even respond to our emails as late as 11 PM, showing their dedication and commitment to their clients. Our account manager was always on his toes, ready to tackle any challenge that came his way. It was clear that he was passionate about his work and was always striving to do his best. I would definitely recommend working with or within this company. When we had some disagreements regarding the terms we agreed upon in the contract, they took a step back to reassess the situation. We haven't heard from them in four months, but I'm confident that they're working behind the scenes to come up with the best solution. They've always been transparent about our finances, and I'm sure they'll provide us with the necessary information soon.
