LinkedIn is the alternative I would reach for first when the sale depends on role, seniority, or account list instead of broad algorithmic video delivery. I can use Lead Gen campaigns, add a pre-populated lead gen form, limit to 3-4 fields (LinkedIn has shown success with this model), and then repurpose the collected response data through Matched Audiences for remarketing.
