After our trial period, all managers agreed that Winningtemp is our future and we would never go back to the "old way" of conducting annual pulse surveys. Our employees also noticed a difference in management and how "soft" issues were addressed more effectively. Winningtemp is a user-friendly tool that was quickly accepted across all levels of our organization during the trial period. It allows managers to work more proactively with their teams, rather than reactively based on annual pulse surveys. For employees, it provides a platform to voice their opinions in various areas (anonymously) to influence our work methods. The praise function in the tool has been a success! I have nothing negative to say about this software, I highly recommend it to all companies looking to actively monitor their employees' sentiments in areas like Leadership, Engagement, Work situation, and similar. The only aspect that might require some extra time is the initial data setup, but a dedicated Winningtemp customer success manager is there to help.

I strongly recommend Winningtemp if you're looking for a solution like this. It's extremely user-friendly and aids our organization in gathering important data on employee well-being through pulse surveys. It's simple to identify necessary actions based on facts. The setup is easily customizable to suit our organization's needs and preferences. Occasionally, I find the system a bit slow, but it's not a major problem as it doesn't happen frequently. The goal-setting feature could be more flexible. For instance, when I upload a file, I can't edit it and save it directly. I have to save it on my desktop, make changes, and then re-upload it. I chose Winningtemp because it's more modern compared to others and the system is incredibly easy to use. It's easy to implement and the cooperation is good.
