Wise: A Game-Changer at Kreg Tool
My experience with Royal's customer service has been excellent. They listen carefully to my project requests and respond quickly to urgent help desk tickets. I've been satisfied with my experience with Wise since I started using it 4 years ago. A significant benefit of Wise software is its simplicity for both the IT department and end users. Once the system is set up, it operates smoothly with almost no downtime. The user interface is neat and provides easy access for end users. It enables us to track our inventory accurately and ensure all our orders are shipped on time. Royal 4's customer service is outstanding, and I enjoy working with the developers assigned to my help desk tickets. Wise has been a dependable shipping system for Kreg Tool for the past few years. However, it doesn't allow IT Admin to customize or add functionality without Royal 4's help. Most changes require a Royal 4 developer.

WISE 3PL: Streamlining Your Business Operations
In my quest for a new WMS system, I found WISE to be a flexible solution that met my needs, unlike many other systems. It has greatly enhanced my business and enabled growth that my previous WMS couldn't support. WISE is user-friendly, highly adaptable, and provides prompt support. The system is well-designed with task management features. However, it didn't recognize some Dutch/European standards like SSCC and certain EAN codes, which needed modification. Also, there are occasional minor system errors.
