Now, with Adobe Acrobat Sign, we get notified when a contract is completed or altered, removing the need for manual follow-ups. Its custom fields feature lets us use the same template for various projects and tailor each contract. It also allows us to gather and compile responses from multiple parties. However, some clients have mentioned not receiving contract copies, possibly because emails are going to their spam folders. We opted for Adobe Acrobat Sign as we already had a file management system and needed a service specifically for contracts and occasional form building.
