I reached out to Adobe Sign within the stipulated 14-day period and, to my surprise, I was still billed. However, this gave me an opportunity to interact with their customer service, which was quite an experience. They informed me about a cancellation fee, which initially seemed a bit unusual, but then I realized it's a common practice in many industries. What's more, even though I didn't utilize their services as they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, I appreciate the fact that this experience has made me more informed. It's interesting how sometimes, things not going as planned can lead to unexpected learning. So, in a way, their oversight has actually benefited me.

Adobe Acrobat Sign has greatly improved contract management and negotiations for my business, saving us numerous hours each month. It offers a safer, more secure, and collaborative method for our clients to handle contracts. Before, we had to email printed, signed, and scanned contracts, then verify their completion before moving forward with the project. Now, with Adobe Acrobat Sign, we get notified when a contract is completed or altered, removing the need for manual follow-ups. Its custom fields feature lets us use the same template for various projects and tailor each contract. It also allows us to gather and compile responses from multiple parties. However, some clients have mentioned not receiving contract copies, possibly because emails are going to their spam folders. We opted for Adobe Acrobat Sign as we already had a file management system and needed a service specifically for contracts and occasional form building.

I've been a loyal user of Photoshop for over two decades, starting with Macromedia products and then transitioning to Adobe after the acquisition. Photoshop CS6 was my go-to tool, which I had the pleasure of owning outright. However, when Adobe decided to discontinue all updates to CS6 and introduced the Creative Cloud on a subscription basis, I was intrigued and decided to give it a shot in 221.Due to some health issues and time constraints, I found myself needing to cancel my subscription. To my surprise, I discovered there was an 'early cancellation fee'. After 41 months of consistent payments, I found myself in a unique situation where I was committed to a payment plan for a product I was unable to utilize to its full potential.Upon reading the early cancellation policy, I realized it was structured in a way to ensure the company's financial stability. While this may seem daunting to some, it's important to remember that Adobe has been providing top-notch products for a long time and this is part of their business model.There are indeed competitive alternatives available, some even free. However, I would still recommend Adobe for its superior quality and extensive features. It's always wise to do your research before committing to annual payments for a computer program. But in my experience, Adobe's offerings have always been worth the investment.
