01 Is PandaDoc any Good? My expert Review

As an experienced user of PandaDoc, I have found the platform to be a consistent provider of a reliable and efficient way to manage documents and record e-signatures. From my experience, PandaDoc has efficiently eliminated and simplified aspects of contracts like renewal and proposals by allowing me to send my clients personalized and professional documents very quickly. For example, if I had to onboard new clients and do so very quickly, I was able to build, duplicate and send my client specific agreements, leveraging PandaDoc's storage and easy to use functionality to process these agreements in a matter of minutes.

I was especially impressed with the complete offering in terms of document management. I frequently use templates to create consistency with my proposals and contracts, and being able to securely store my template documents and quickly reference them in a way that is beneficial for high workflow or productive speed has been very helpful. I also take advantage of being able to add upsell opportunities directly into my proposals, which has distinctly increased revenue opportunities in some situations with clients.

There have been a few minor annoyances when using PandaDoc. I was irritated when I began producing visually appealing proposals for a marketing campaign that I could not resize images that were visible in frames after importing. This limitation did create a slow-down for me in particular, because I would have to adjust each image externally before uploading the image again.

Another issue I had was sometimes when I had some more complicated technical issues, the Customer Success Team did take much longer than expected to respond to me. This experience was frustrating at times, particularly when I was trying to ask for help, but the general customer support has always been very helpful and responsive for most other standard inquiries.

Overall, my review of PandaDoc has been positive because of its price point, ease of use and so many features. While there are areas with opportunities for improvement with the speed of advanced support responses, PandaDoc continues to provide immense value for organizations looking for a consistent way to manage documents efficiently.
