01 Is Acrobat Sign any Good? My expert Review
I've been working with Adobe Sign for quite a while now, and I have to say, it has really simplified the way I work through contracts and agreements. What used to take days now just takes a few hours, and when working on multiple freelance projects, that's really helpful. It is also integrated with other tools I use like Acrobat and Creative Cloud, and I can jump immediately from creating a document to signing the document without a hiccup. Having the ability to sign documents from my phone while I'm mobile with secure convenience has been a welcomed efficiency.
However, there can be bumps in the road. The worst is when I send a document out for signature and realize I need to make a change, and I have to demote the document and re-start the process which causes an inconvenience and some delay. Furthermore, customer support's speedy response isn't always guaranteed either. Once when I had a problem accessing a document remotely due to connectivity, I'd hoped for a bit quicker response than I received.
Nonetheless, Adobe Sign is an excellent solution that saves me time and improves my efficiency. Some bumps and hurdles may present in my capabilities, but the user-friendliness, reliability, true security, and efficiency keep Adobe Sign firmly in my professional toolkit.

I recently had an experience with Adobe Sign that really showcased their customer service. A few days before my contract was due for renewal, I decided to cancel it. To my surprise, I received an email stating my account was suspended. However, upon reaching out to them, they were quick to offer a solution - they proposed to cancel my account as per my request. It made me realize that they were proactive in ensuring my satisfaction. I was initially concerned that they might charge me again due to my expired credit card, but their prompt response put my worries to rest. It's refreshing to see a company so committed to their customers. It makes me wonder if there are any national agencies I could recommend them to for their excellent service!

Disappointing Experience with Adobe Sign's Customer Service
I found Adobe Sign easy to use for basic tasks like obtaining signatures on a document. However, when it came to more advanced features such as witness signatures or modifying an agreement after it's been sent, it was a nightmare. My trial with Adobe Sign was disastrous, and the customer service was even worse. I needed over 20 people to sign my documents, and the witness signature process was confusing. I encountered an issue where I couldn't cancel an agreement that had been sent, and it took nearly an hour with customer support before they suggested using Chrome instead of Safari, which finally worked. Then, one of the signers signed on the wrong line, and I spent two and a half hours on customer support, being passed from agent to agent who didn't know what they were doing. One agent even took control of my screen and just moved the mouse around randomly without doing anything. I was then told I didn't have an Enterprise trial, even though I do.
