I find Birdeye's social reports and reviews management excellent, as it effectively links our Facebook, Google, and Instagram for our quarterly reports. However, I wish there was an auto-response feature for the inbox chat, as we're not always available to answer questions. I also found the survey integration subpar. Despite these issues, I plan to continue using Birdeye for its social features and reviews, as they've been responsive and efficient.

I've been using Birdeye for a year now and it's been quite an experience! There was a bit of a hiccup recently when I missed the renewal deadline by a few days, but I was able to provide my sign-up recording from a year ago. They're still working on the process, but I'm confident it will be resolved soon. I would definitely recommend this software to everyone, just make sure to keep track of your renewal dates. It's a learning curve, but it's totally worth it!
