They handled my out-of-state renewal with such finesse and kept it open for a week for my convenience. Despite promising to follow up in 1-2 hours, they consistently went above and beyond. They need to be recognized for their efforts. I've never seen a company care so much for their customers.

I have a positive opinion of the Capsule software as it simplifies my life by solving a problem. I value its simplicity and its ability to keep my lead tracking process organized. It allows me to set reminders and track everyone I've contacted without any complex features. Accessing all features is easy and it makes my sales and marketing tasks manageable without any unnecessary functions. However, I do have to slightly format a CSV file when I import it for the software to identify all the columns, which is a minor inconvenience. I chose Capsule because it does exactly what I need without overcomplicating things. The vendor responded to my review, expressing their gratitude and offering help with the import process. They asked for more specific details to improve the process and provided an email for further support.
