Upon arriving for my doctor's appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text message informing me about a new pharmacy option, Capsule. I was given the choice to opt OUT if I wished to stick with my current pharmacy. I appreciated this proactive approach, as it gave me the opportunity to explore a new service without any obligation. If I didn't respond in time, a second message was sent to confirm that my pharmacy had been updated.
