Unveiling Hidden Journey Pain Points with ContentSquare
I have worked with ContentSquare at two different companies and have always found them to be an excellent partner. They have a great team and platform that has consistently helped us identify and address issues in our journey that we weren't aware of, unlocking both customer and commercial value. I appreciate the visual and accessible way ContentSquare presents insights. It does a better job than most other platforms at providing actionable insights rather than just displaying data. However, it's a large platform and takes some time to navigate and master, which can be further complicated depending on how well you set up your mappings. The ContentSquare University platform is a great resource for self-learning. I would also like some of the Find & Fix feature to be included in the core product and cost as it's excellent, but expensive.

I find Contentsquare extremely useful regardless of my level of knowledge and experience with the tool. The team is incredibly supportive and communicates with me like a good friend who is highly knowledgeable about CX Analytics. I appreciate the simplicity of using the software and there's always something new to learn. I find value at every stage of training. They are constantly evolving and improving, so even if something isn't perfect, they quickly fix or enhance it. More advanced features do require more training, but that's understandable. I chose Contentsquare for its superior technology and innovation and switched to it for the same reasons.
