Top-tier HR Solution for Diverse Organisational Needs!
I appreciate Employment Hero for its versatility, as it can be used for data storage, compliance, rewards based on values, tender bidding, and more. It's beneficial across many internal business functions. I would like more customization options, although I understand these are more available at higher levels and may evolve with the software's development. I chose Employment Hero for its pricing, user-friendly interface, multi-function use, easy and intuitive platform setup, and its integration with other software. The Employment Hero team responded positively to my feedback in December 2019.

After exploring various HR solutions, I found Employment Hero to be the best due to its versatility. The implementation was straightforward and it was quick to add over 1 staff members. All employees are using the app with minimal initial issues. We've almost completely eliminated our paper usage. I highly recommend Employment Hero!

Fantastic all-in-one HR and payroll solution!
The initial setup of Employment Hero was somewhat tedious, but their implementation team was always on hand to assist with any issues. The software is packed with features, which initially felt overwhelming. However, once I became familiar with the system, I appreciated its excellent features. It offers a wide range of functions and an easy-to-navigate interface, along with great benefits for staff. One problem I faced was the inability to customize the pay week in the HR portal, as I could in the Payroll portal. This meant staff had to fill out two timesheets per week, causing some issues when processing pay. I chose Employment Hero because it seemed to offer a comprehensive payroll and HR solution that met most of our business needs. I switched from Jobpac due to its lack of payroll and HR functionality compared to other well-known software. The Employment Hero team expressed their gratitude for my feedback on their software.

Excellent User Experience with Employment-Hero.
I've recently started using Employment Hero in my business and I'm finding it to be a great system with a simple and effective user interface that allows for easy interaction among all our staff. There are a few basic features missing from an HR perspective, but I understand that these are being worked on and should be implemented soon. Our Customer Success Manager, Sarah F, has been instrumental in our journey with this software. She's personable and has a deep understanding of the system, guiding us effectively in building our own system. I do wish the system had more customization options to truly make it our own, as it's quite limited in this regard at the moment. Improvements in this area would be beneficial.

Effortless Tracking and Communication
The most significant advantage I've found in using Employment Hero is its ability to track leave. Lately, I've been valuing the access to staff details, especially as 80% of our team is now remote. This keeps us connected via phone, messaging, and regular emails. Management can also keep everyone informed with crucial updates through the Company Feed. I particularly enjoy the feature that allows us to track leave, and its user-friendliness is a significant benefit. Staff can request leave through the mobile app, and management can monitor it. This function is also useful when handling payroll as it transfers approved leave to our accounting software for each pay cycle. I also value the Timesheet function, which we use to record extra hours worked and log them as time in lieu. It gives both management and the employee a record of any additional hours worked. However, I wish staff could comment in the Company Feed when management makes an announcement. Currently, they can only give a Shout.

I've found that Employment Hero has greatly enhanced our HR systems by consolidating onboarding, training, and employee notes into one platform. I value the convenience of accessing everything from a single database, including payroll details, reviews, policies, and leave. This has simplified the management of payroll and HR tasks. Onboarding has also become quicker and more precise. However, I think there's potential for enhancement in the Learning Management System (LMS), reporting, performance appraisal, and communication platform. I opted for Employment Hero because it provided payroll and LMS in one location at a more affordable price. I received a response from the vendor, Anna, who expressed gratitude for my review and assured me that my suggestions have been forwarded to their Product Team. They are constantly striving to enhance the overall platform experience.
