Outstanding Software with Superior Customer Support

I've had a great experience with Flowfinity so far. I'm using it to cut down on paper use in our plants, making data more accessible and eliminating delays caused by paper transfers from the field to the office. The software is highly customizable to our specific business needs, easy to learn how to create new forms, and well-structured to separate different plants/areas. The language used in formulas for conditional questions isn't the most intuitive, but this minor issue is completely offset by their excellent customer service. They responded positively to my feedback and provided additional resources for formula calculations and text manipulation.

Exploring Flowfinity: Bridging Communication Gaps

Flowfinity has greatly enhanced the communication and visibility of information among our directors, leadership team, and crews. It provides us with instant access to the same information, such as regional estimate volumes, upcoming work, bottlenecks in meeting deadlines, and costing outcomes. Our crews use the app daily on their devices to input real-time records, checklists, signatures, safety toolbox talks, and key safety initiatives. The Safety portal has been particularly valuable, enabling us to establish a platform dedicated to communications, training, and initiatives for our teams. This has been vital in ensuring safety in our crew environments. Flowfinity has unified our group and fostered transparency, which is crucial as our team is spread across the US and our head office is in Canada. However, there are some limitations in user functionality, such as the absence of 'back buttons' and split screens that we are accustomed to in other applications and systems. The reporting feature is also limited in Flowfinity.

Customized SMB Management Solution: Time Tracking, Client Database, Invoicing with Flowfinity

I have found Flowfinity to be an extremely efficient software that has cut down my administrative overhead by approximately 80%. Its flexibility allows me to create a custom solution that fits my business processes perfectly. The software provides excellent value, including features like offline mobile forms and apps, an in-built database, cloud hosting, unlimited forms, dashboards, and workflows. It's user-friendly and allows for swift modifications, enabling me to continually enhance my solution based on user feedback. I can construct all the BPM apps I require without any coding. Once an app is created, I can use it on the web or on my mobile device right after publishing it. Setting up data lookups from other apps is simple, which is beneficial for managing customers in one app and importing the information into other apps. The software also includes nested data, enabling me to create lists with different levels, which I utilize for creating items in invoices. Custom searches can be established, making it easy to find.

Flowfinity: The Solution to Our Field Service Challenges with Exceptional Service

I used Flowfinity to deploy a cross-nation field team to conduct in-store activities and collect data through forms and surveys. I required features like GPS tracking, mature data storage and extraction, cloud enablement, dashboard creation, and performance tracking. My previous solution, which was specifically built for my industry, was a disaster due to both the software and the support team. After struggling with it for 5-6 months, it still didn't work. However, Flowfinity was a game-changer. They partnered with us, provided 24/7 support for 5 weeks, answered all our queries in real time, and most importantly, their solution worked. It only took 5 weeks from start to finish. I couldn't be more satisfied and wish I had found this solution 6 months earlier. The Flowfinity team, including our sales and on-board team who were former clients, were highly engaged advocates of the product. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, despite us not being a big client.

Exploring Flowfinity: A User's Perspective on Functionality and Design

I find collecting data from the field using Flowfinity easy and customizable to suit our clients' needs. The apps are straightforward to design and provide our customers with the necessary data through importing. I value the ability to assign view/actions to specific users like Admin/Power user/regular user, etc. However, I think it would be beneficial if each user could be assigned permissions per app or tab. I chose Flowfinity because I am familiar with it as a longtime user and it offers an Enterprise version, which was a requirement for me. I received a response from the vendor, who thanked me for my honest review and assured me that my comments regarding user permissions will be considered in future releases. They also informed me that unlimited custom roles are available in the Enterprise Edition and offered assistance from their support team if needed.

An Engaging Experience with Flowfinity Software and Customer Service

I had an interesting experience with Flowfinity software! I was eagerly awaiting its arrival on Saturday, and the anticipation was quite thrilling. The scheduled time was between 1am and 12pm, which gave me a great opportunity to clear my schedule and dedicate my day to exploring this new software. Throughout the day, I had the chance to interact with their customer service team, which was an experience in itself. I was able to reach out to them for updates, and they were always there to respond. The engineer even personally reached out to me at 5:3pm, assuring me that he was nearby and would be joining me soon. There was a slight hiccup, as the engineer couldn't make it, but the company was transparent about it. They informed me at 8pm that they were having trouble contacting the engineer. I appreciated their honesty and the fact that they kept me in the loop. I also had the chance to engage with them on their Facebook page. I posted a review about my experience, and it was so interesting to see how quickly they responded to feedback. It's clear that Flowfinity is a company that values customer interaction and is always looking for ways to improve. I'm looking forward to my next interaction with them!
