I find the software, Foundation, to be exceptional. Everyone involved is eager to help me run my business efficiently. The response times are impressive and the software is user-friendly. I find the job costing feature particularly outstanding and the document imaging essential for reviewing issues. The support provided is excellent. However, I would like to see improvements in PO tracking and AP invoicing. I chose Foundation because it's easy to use and set up, and the transition was smooth. The staff was also fantastic. I appreciate the vendor's response and their willingness to enhance the PO Tracking and AP Invoicing functionality.

Game Changer in Cost Control and Profitability
Since using Foundation, I've gained greater control over my costs and profitability. It's been a game changer for my business. The Project Management feature has been particularly helpful, allowing me to track the RFC, something my previous software couldn't do. Now, I can monitor outstanding requests accurately. I haven't found any features that I dislike. The transition to Foundation was handled very well by the i education team. The only challenge was breaking my old habits. I switched to Foundation because it offered features that my previous software didn't. I appreciate the vendor's response and am pleased that the software's functionality and PM capabilities have positively impacted my business. I look forward to a great working relationship in the years to come.
