Excellent Tool with Room for More Customization and Tagging
I've been using MangoApps for collaborative work across multiple offices on specific projects. It has greatly improved our communication and reduced our email usage, giving us better control over our company narrative. The filing system is easy to understand, leading to quicker adoption of the software. It's intuitive and accessible to everyone, not just those who are tech-savvy. The overall layout and user experience seem well-designed. Additionally, everyone enjoys the levels and badges feature. However, I've encountered some customization issues, especially with templates for posts and wikis. I wish we could edit the ranking of wikis after they've been published. Sometimes, we have to delete a wiki because we later realize it should be in a different group or category. I also wish multiple people could collaborate on a draft before it's published. At the moment, we publish in a closed group and take turns editing it there. Furthermore, a more efficient tagging system for photos and files with more built-in controls would be beneficial.

MangoAlerts: Out of Sight, Out of Mind
I can't really say there's anything essential about MangoApps. I only use it at my office and often forget to use it on my phone as everyone just texts. My app doesn't visually alert me when I have messages. I realized my volume was too low to hear the audible alert, so I guess that's fine. The font in the messages is tiny. Since we have a fiber optic line, email is so fast that I'm not sure why we need MangoApps. Most messages are impossible to delete. The vendor responded to my review, thanked me for my feedback and suggested I contact their support to resolve the issues I mentioned. They replied in April 2019.

Enjoying MangoApps: User-Friendly with Fun Features
I'm generally pleased with the MangoApps application. It's user-friendly for instant messaging and has some enjoyable features. I'm still getting to grips with some of the more intricate parts of the app. The IM system is easy to handle and fun, and the app has numerous excellent features that I'm still trying to fully exploit. At times, it seems like there are redundant steps to clear all notifications. I also find it difficult to find the right section for personalization and managing certain user aspects.
