01 Is Manychat any Good? My expert Review
In my experience, Manychat is at its best when you use messaging channels as your main way to get conversions. Its purpose is to be able to automate conversations (then pass them off to a person if needed). This allows you to grab a person's intent right at the time and place their audience is already spending time.
What I liked most about Manychat was how fast I could take an idea and turn it into a live campaign. The drag and drop flow builder is actually user-friendly enough for non-technical teams to create complex automated workflows. Reviewers constantly comment on how simple it is to set up Manychat. Additionally, Manychat has some very practical growth tools such as comment based triggers and ref URL tracking. These allow users to quickly convert Instagram engagement into DM funnels and lead generation.
Once you move beyond basic flows, the platform’s ecosystem becomes the real multiplier.
