noCRM works well if your sales process is action-based. My reps like the fact that they can turn incoming emails into leads, assign them quickly, and keep notes in one place without dealing with features we never asked for. It is not the most advanced system for complex enterprise reporting, but for SMB sales it feels practical and efficient
