My overall experience with Oracle-NetSuite was largely positive. I was involved in the implementation process and found the software to be comprehensive. It provides a range of reports and includes analytic software that performs as expected. I particularly appreciated NetSuite's robustness and the confidence it gives in dealing with complete and verifiable information. However, I do think it's quite costly. There might need to be a limit on the type of companies that should buy this software, as it may not be suitable for everyone. A company could potentially go bankrupt if it doesn't have a sufficient contribution margin to afford it. We switched to NetSuite because we needed a more robust accounting software.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Oracle-Netsuite! It's a fantastic investment, costing only £12K annually for 3 licenses for such comprehensive software. Many features are uniquely set up, sparking innovation. I had a minor hiccup with an additional license 6 months ago and they promptly reminded me by temporarily restricting access due to a £212 invoice, while maintaining the standard charge of £4K per quarter. It's also quite an adventure to get in touch with their team. I strongly recommend investing in this software for its unique features and proactive customer service!

We are maximizing the potential of different NetSuite teams. After years of experience with various ERP systems, NetSuite is my preferred choice due to its adaptability and user-friendliness across all sectors. I have been a NetSuite Administrator for eight years and I thoroughly enjoy my role and the software. I wouldn't think of using another ERP system. NetSuite is a potent tool, but it can be overwhelming due to its vast capabilities. I suggest investing time in understanding the available modules before deciding which one is perfect for your company. I transitioned to NetSuite because it's highly intuitive. Once a report template is set up, making modifications is straightforward. Adding new viewpoints to reports is easy and it adapts effortlessly. It's also excellent for monitoring inventory and inventory locations. We've upgraded to NetSuite WMS, Procurement.

The sales team, with their ambitious promises, inspired me to aim high and think big.
