I used to rely on New Relic, but it wasn't providing the necessary information and was too costly to implement on all my production servers. I've since switched to using Stackify on a .net, Azure-based web app, which is a high-traffic subscription service. Reliable services are vital for me. I once utilized Stackify to identify an intermittent issue that was slowing down the site. It was challenging to identify the problem, but once Stackify was installed, we quickly pinpointed a combination of issues causing this behavior. The inclusion of log and error data in the detailed trace was extremely beneficial. I also value seeing all the logs recorded when an exception is thrown and could spend all day watching their real-time tailing. It's user-friendly, straightforward to install, and merges performance management with log management. It's also more cost-effective than most competitors.
