I had a lot of questions, and while some took a while to get answered, it was a great opportunity to explore the software's features on my own.There were a few hiccups with the tax calculations initially, but it was a valuable lesson in understanding the complexities of payroll systems. Since September, I've been actively working with ADP to ensure our paystubs comply with Minnesota's 224 pay stub requirements. Just days away from the deadline, I was informed that they couldn't add what I was asking for. This was surprising, but it also highlighted the importance of state-specific requirements in payroll management.Despite the challenges, I would still recommend ADP Workforce Now. It's important to remember that no system is perfect and there will always be room for improvement. What's commendable is that they have recently followed up to rectify the issue. This shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to adapt and improve. It's been a rollercoaster ride, but one that's been filled with learning and growth!
