I have utilized many Talent Management Platforms, and iCIMS Talent Cloud has been the best for managing recruiting workflows. It was especially valuable when I had the opportunity to temporarily increase applicant processing due to the nature of the work (for a tech company I was supporting during a time of change—processing several hundred applicants smoothly—with our time-to-hire through the roof).
On the upside, the user experience is intuitive and there is mobile access; candidates have often indicated that the application process was simple which led to increases in volume and diversity of applicants. Also, we were able to readily reach out to the support team, and they were very responsive when we needed to upgrade and integrate iCIMS, and address concerns before there were problems.
On the downside, there were a couple of hurdles. One of those hurdles was customizing a candidate portal or application forms to match certain branding or workflows. This resulted in some inefficiencies, especially with a recent healthcare organization project with compliance constraints. Also, some of the management reporting function needs to be enhanced; it can be difficult to really dig into the metrics—such as the effectiveness of sourcing methods and interview feedback.
In conclusion, iCIMS Talent Cloud provides a solid product—easy to use, reliable, and contains many features to successfully manage a recruiting process.

Poor Customer Service, Unfulfilled Promises: A Cautionary Tale of iCIMS Talent Cloud
I would strongly advise all talent professionals to steer clear of iCIMS unless they're prepared to hire a full-time employee solely for handling complaint resolution. The software's features don't function as well as advertised. I would recommend saving both time and money by opting for Greenhouse or Lever instead. While the search functionality and report building are decent, they necessitate extensive training for proper use. The customer support is both unhelpful and slow, often taking weeks or even months to resolve issues. The ATS interview scheduling tool is unreliable, the feedback form tool seldom works correctly, and the Microsoft Teams integration fails to consistently send timely notifications. The CRM tool was launched with numerous errors and our implementation contact vanished. Data migration didn't function as promised, and several contracted integrations were never established due to lack of response. The CRM, ATS, and Text engagement are three separate systems that don't sync well, each requiring separate log-ins. The system also frequently logs you out after just a few minutes of inactivity.

I am extremely satisfied with icims-talent-cloud and have no plans to switch to another software. I find it user-friendly and intuitive. However, despite the numerous reporting options, it can occasionally be burdensome. I wish I could run a single report that includes both job and applicant data. I chose iCIMS Talent Cloud for its simplicity, reporting options, and search capabilities. I switched to this software because the previous one had limited functionality.
