01 Is Breezy any Good? My expert Review
After testing BreezyHR in a number of recruiting scenarios, I found this simple tool to be dependable, intuitive, and truly makes recruiting simple. In my experience, BreezyHR is brilliant for the larger candidate pool. For example, in a recent recruitment project for a high-growth technology start-up company, BreezyHR allowed me to easily manage hundreds of applications and interviews while understanding full context about both candidate source and pipeline effectiveness.
One of the elements that I really liked was the structure in the hiring process. BreezyHR has built in tools that provided me the opportunity to leverage standardized questions and standardized evaluative criteria across different interviewers. I am sure this minimized unconscious bias and had a positive impact on overall quality of hire - without question. Also worth mentioning is that the platform had updates and improvements so regularly that I had the confidence that BreezyHR's interface would evolve with reality based user-defined needs.
That said, I encountered usability idiosyncrasies. Some of the workflows didn't seem as intuitive to step through as I was hoping, creating confusion about the system for myself and by colleagues, who were unfamiliar with the product. Also, while there were customization options, it seemed there were sometimes too many clicks - this was especially true for customizing candidate pipelines or changing reporting metrics, for instance.
Customer service has been mostly resourceful and responsive during the few times we have had issues; however, being based in the UK it has been difficult to get same day support, given that the company is headquartered in U.S. timezones. That said, aside from these minor inconveniences, I feel really positive about BreezyHR as an accessible, competitively priced, user-friendly, and candidate centric engagement support software.
My objective here is not a comprehensive product review. BreezyHR is a value added recruitment solution that will not eliminate all your headaches as a recruiting firm but their software simplifies the hiring process. Certainly usability and customization flexibility could be improved, but in my opinion the pluses learning BreezyHR as a recruiter's platform easily exceed the minuses, creating real value to your work and your client!

Unparalleled Value and Efficiency with Breezy
I find Breezy more effective than using spreadsheets or tracking on platforms like Indeed. It's very affordable and easy to use with many good tracking features. However, the analytics numbers sometimes don't add up, which is concerning. The staff is small and not all are knowledgeable, making it hard to get clear answers. There's room for improvement and changes will take time due to the small team. It doesn't integrate well with other platforms and its API is limited. I chose Breezy because it's the only applicant tracking system our firm can afford, but luckily, it has worked out well.

A Breezy Mix-Up: My Experience with Online Dress Shopping
I recently had an interesting experience with Breezy. I ordered two stunning dresses, one in a vibrant blue and the other in a refreshing green. They promptly informed me that the blue dress was unavailable and swiftly credited me for it, which I appreciated. To my surprise, when my order arrived, I found the blue dress instead of the green one. It was a bit of a mix-up, but the blue dress was just as beautiful! Unfortunately, the dress didn't fit me perfectly. When I reached out to Breezy, they reminded me that I had already received a credit for it. After a few emails back and forth, they explained that the return process might be a bit costly. But, I must say, their customer service was responsive and they were always ready to help. Despite the mix-up, I would still recommend Breezy. Their dresses are beautiful and their customer service is always ready to assist. Just make sure to double-check your order and sizes before you finalize your purchase!

I would give Breezy a full five stars if I could! My dresses and blouse took a little while to arrive, but it was worth the wait as they were shipped all the way from the Far East via Ireland. They have a thorough return policy, requiring a picture of the tag to confirm the size, which ensures accuracy and fairness. Excellent ATS for Streamlined Internal Hiring
So far, I'm really enjoying using Breezy! It's been a massive help in our interview process and in collaborating with other teams within our company. It's incredibly user-friendly and I'm a big fan of the UI/UX. I like that interviewers can submit their scorecard directly through a link on the invite, making collaboration with other departments easier. However, it lacks some features like integration with Calendly and the ability to have different scorecards based on the interview stage. They do have their own scheduling system, but it would be easier to integrate with Calendly used by other departments instead of having them go through the entire setup process. The main reason I chose Breezy was the pricing. It offers almost everything that Greenhouse and Talentwall do, but at half the price. I switched to Breezy mainly for the UI/UX and because it was better suited for in-house recruitment.
