01 Is Smartsheet any Good? My expert Review
I have been a user of Smartsheet for some time now. Smartsheet has worked well for complex projects with rapid timelines and multiple stakeholders as a solid project management tool that has saved me time and effort on the backend activities of project management. Just recently, I coordinated a large marketing campaign easily with strong task assignment and real-time tracking of everyone’s efforts. I also love that I can manage an evolving task list on my phone, and it has multiplied my productivity.
Some aspects of Smartsheet need adjustment like the interface with its layout. Areas of the application almost feel vintage and dim by comparison to other visually stimulating applications like Monday or Asana and after numerous onboarding sessions now, I can see the confusion on team members faces when they open the application for the first time. Communication within Smartsheet can be confusing depending on how each team member set up their task dependencies on any given day. It is not uncommon for team members to misunderstand their priority tasks and final timelines for those tasks. If you need strong cloud infrastructure and do not encounter downtimes, Smartsheet has done quite well in ensuring this is the case.
In conclusion, I still think Smartsheet is a good option for project management despite a few minor design elements and internal communication issues. My team and I, and I personally appreciate using or having the option for project management tools in Smartsheet for reasonable price.

Poorest Customer Support in UK for Smartsheet.
I think Smartsheet is a fantastic product, with my only issue being that it doesn't handle time as a data type. However, my main problem is with the UK customer service, which I find to be truly atrocious and the worst I've ever encountered. After spending over 5k on the enterprise license, the team completely disappeared post-purchase. I would advise using either the free or basic business plan and not engaging with UK sales or service.

I used to be a big fan of SmartSheet, having used it for years. However, recently they've fallen behind their competitors in terms of user interface and have started pushing extremely overpriced add-on software that's practically worthless. Their launch packages have become sales pitches for $2,5-$1, add-ons for the software that I usually pay $1, per year for. I spent $5,44 on an upgrade and launch package, but they never completed the project and have ignored my calls and emails. Months later, I asked for a refund. They initially responded positively, but then stopped responding and I never received the refund. I will no longer recommend their software to clients and friends.

Smartsheet: A Robust and Convenient Tool for Task Management
I absolutely love the functionality and usability of Smartsheet! It's become my go-to tool for managing my to-do list across my phone and two PCs, one at home and one at the office. It's so convenient! There was a minor hiccup where it seemed to delete cells from my to-do list, but I found it to be a great opportunity to explore the software's restore feature. I've had to use it a couple of times, but it's a breeze! It's a testament to the robustness of Smartsheet's features. I'm confident that Google will continue to refine and perfect this already impressive tool. I'm excited to see how it evolves!

I took a break from using Smartsheet for over a month and when I returned, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my account was still active. I was expecting a $9. charge, which is their standard monthly fee. To my surprise, I was charged $18. instead. I quickly realized that this was due to a misunderstanding on my part about their billing cycle. I appreciate that Smartsheet is transparent about their charges and I was able to resolve this issue promptly with their customer service. It's clear that they value their customers and are committed to providing a high-quality service. I've read other reviews and it seems like some people have had different experiences, but for me, Smartsheet has been nothing but reliable and efficient. I'm excited to continue using their service!
