I purchased The Spray Set from Spruce and I'm extremely satisfied with the effectiveness of the products and their pleasant fragrances, particularly the geranium all-purpose spray. I also appreciate the aesthetic design of the refillable bottles. I plan to buy the laundry sheets next. My only suggestion for Spruce would be to create geranium-scented dryer sheets or laundry spray.

Robot Assistance Only, No Human Support
I wanted to continue using Spruce, but I couldn't because it didn't display the caller's ID for my main company numbers. I attempted to port out the numbers I had brought in, but there was no human assistance available, leaving my company numbers stuck with the automated system. I found starting to use Spruce easy and liked its interface. The fax service was efficient and provided feedback. However, to use the phone feature, I needed a cellphone as there was no softphone for laptop/desktop for direct calls. Instead, I had to dial through an intermediary number. The caller's ID wasn't displayed, it showed my own Spruce number instead. The support service was disappointing, with only a robot that didn't provide adequate help. I did manage to chat with a human when I first inquired about the service, but it was time-consuming and I had to deal with the robot first. I chose Spruce because it seemed to be preferred by Health Services Providers.
