I find Zelt to be a fantastic all-in-one people platform for startups in the UK. It handles classic HR tasks such as payroll, pension, benefits, leave management, and feedback, as well as more advanced features like managing hardware/software for teams. This has saved us significant time when onboarding new members and provides extra security when offboarding, ensuring email and other accounts are deactivated, laptops are locked and wiped, etc. Their customer support is also extremely responsive and helpful.
