TOP-NOTCH MAID SERVICE SOFTWARE
I absolutely adore Zenmaid! Since my company started using it, we've seen a significant improvement in the quality of our online booking through our forms. Zenmaid has truly excelled in enhancing and evolving their platform, with the improvements over the years being remarkable. I initially considered it a few years back, but it wasn't the right fit for us then. However, with the recent changes and upgrades, I can't stress enough how it has revolutionized our business. Our staff prefers it over any other software we've tried. A major bonus is that they transition you to their platform for free. I do believe they need to enhance their review platform, but I've recently noticed them addressing this issue and working on a solution, which I'm thrilled about. I chose Zenmaid because it's simpler to use for industry-specific needs. I switched from HCP, which was beneficial when we needed it, but as we've expanded, we required more from a maid service platform. With every upgrade on HCP.

Improvements Needed: Zenmaid's Payroll Challenges
I found ZenMaid's customer service to be very friendly and the software itself to have great potential. However, the time I had to spend redoing payroll was a deal breaker for me. It was incredibly frustrating. The software is affordable and easy to use, but it has glitches and requires constant refreshing whenever a change is made. I appreciated the calendar scheduling system designed specifically for a cleaning company, from booking to finalizing payment. However, it didn't extend to payroll. I'm puzzled as to why this product is receiving such high praise when it has significant glitches, like missing payroll hours. I suspect users are simply trusting that the program is calculating correctly. This is just one of many glitches. While customer service is responsive, they never actually resolve the issue. I don't think payroll should be offered as a service on this system. So, if you decide to use this software, be prepared to do your own time sheet calculations. After 6 months of frustration, I switched to a different system.
