I value its capacity to enable mass communication efficiently and effortlessly. However, I feel the automatic threat intelligence notification, which is at a different pricing level, should be part of the base tier. I selected AlertMedia because it had an impressive presentation and seemed to fulfill our company's requirements better than its competitors. Additionally, its pricing was much more affordable. I am pleased to know that the vendor values my review and is glad that I find AlertMedia effortless and beneficial in maintaining connectivity among our dispersed employees.

Exploring AlertMedia: A Game-Changer for Remote Employee Communication
I find AlertMedia to be an excellent tool for us, particularly for reaching out to our remote employees and providing them with emergency information. The ability to communicate swiftly and in various ways with our employees is a significant advantage. The onboarding process was mostly seamless, with AlertMedia managing to upload our Directory information. The geofencing feature is especially helpful, allowing us to select locations to communicate issues with, without needing to determine who requires the information. I appreciate everything about the platform, but I wish all features were included in the basic plan. I chose AlertMedia because it offered the best value for our money. I was pleased to see that the vendor valued my feedback, responding positively to my review in February 2021.

I found the integration process of AlertMedia to be smooth and training users was easy. The pre-loaded messaging process is straightforward and the customization is nearly limitless. However, I was frustrated with the customer support and the initial implementation of single sign-on was challenging. I switched to AlertMedia from Everbridge because the latter was clunky and outdated.
