The ClearPoint team was extremely supportive, providing quick, helpful, and knowledgeable assistance. This has enabled us to create scorecards at various levels within our organization. The tool aligns well with the Balanced Scorecard methodology and structure, including elements like goals, objectives, measures, and initiatives. This has allowed us to implement a standardized framework for cascading scorecards. The tool is intuitive and user-friendly, with features like drag and drop, customization, and linking elements. As an administrator, managing scorecards and users is simple. ClearPoint also offers regular webinars, an annual summit, and periodic regional customer meetings, which are great platforms for knowledge sharing among clients. Any new requirements or functionalities we need, such as customized charts, are always willingly supported by the ClearPoint team.

However, I would like to see enhancements in the summary report functionality and export options that maintain sorts and condense spacing to minimize the number of pages in a briefing book or summary report. At the moment, it's a manual count line by line to ensure we have proper workload management. We selected ClearPoint Strategy after having demos with multiple product solutions in our RFP Process. We even went through multiple RFPs and custom built power bi reporting before we discovered Clearpoint.
