For our team, the conversation inbox is one of the best parts of HighLevel. Having SMS, email, Facebook messages, and calls connected to the same contact record makes follow-up much less messy. It is not completely plug and play, and I would not recommend going in without a plan, but if you are willing to set it up properly it becomes a very useful operating system
