Having a fair amount of experience with different platforms as a marketing professional, I was lucky to be able to test Marketing 360 thoroughly and write my own expert review on it. Overall, I think it's a very powerful platform for businesses that want a more integrated approach with their digital marketing. I have seen small and medium size businesses reduce the complexity of their marketing and streamline their process, by taking advantage of the complete suite of tools available to them.
For example, I had one client that was a mid-sized e-commerce retailer, who after onboarding onto Marketing 360 was able to ramp up their customer engagement and conversion rates. The user-friendly interface made it easier for the team to understand and start using the platform and manage multiple campaigns at once. More importantly, the analytics reporting gave us insights that we could trust and use for decision making and strategy optimization.
I did notice a few minor issues that I had with Marketing 360. I remember when I was advising a startup, they were quite frustrated with their onboarding experience because tactical sales was reaching out a little too often to make sure that they signed the contract and closed the deal. I totally get the enthusiasm to make the sale, but a gentler approach may of created more trust and rapport in getting started with the client.
Even with a few minor issues that we talked about, I still had a very positive experience with Marketing 360. For instance, while working with a local chain of restaurants to help them improve in the e-commerce space, the Marketing 360 experts were fantastic partners. They helped us to shape our social strategy, and how to post, comment, and manage social media along with recommendations on how to optimize the website, it resulted in stronger visibility and customer counts.
Overall, from my experience across industries and size of business, Marketing 360 offered a tremendous amount of value with their integrated tools and experts behind their tools, during the entire process. I noticed that some sales tactics could be improved, and customer service requests could be addressed faster, but those few minor issues did not take away from the positives of Marketing 360.
