01 Is Mavenlink any Good? My expert Review
After spending a good amount of time with Mavenlink, I’ve got to say—it’s made my day-to-day so much easier. When we first brought it into our mid-sized marketing agency, the support team was awesome. They guided us through everything, even the tricky bits, and made sure nobody felt lost. Thanks to their help, we were up and running way quicker than I expected.
What really stands out for me is having everything in one place—tasks, budgets, timelines, you name it. Managing multiple client projects is so much less stressful when you can instantly see where things are at. It’s helped cut down on confusion and kept everyone in sync.
Of course, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. Getting Mavenlink to work well with tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks took some extra effort and troubleshooting. Plus, the notification system relies a lot on email alerts, so updates can get lost in a busy inbox. And honestly, the mobile app could use some improvements—it feels a bit clunky when I’m on the go and doesn’t give me everything I need outside the office.
Still, even with those hiccups, Mavenlink has seriously improved how we manage resources and plan projects. It’s become a reliable tool that keeps our team moving forward together.
