    Game changer. I love Missive as it makes email handling with my team possible in a great way! Many great features with rules, tags etc that will automatically make email go to the right person and place. The only thing missing for a 5 star is that it's not always that intuitive to use.

    Stumbled Upon an Exceptional Email Client: Missive

    Last week, I had to change my email client as my company moved to Exchange and my Apple Mail version didn't support it. I spent around five hours downloading, setting up, and testing different programs, which wasn't the best use of my time. However, I'm glad I did because I found Missive. I was instantly attracted to its clean, visual interface and extensive features, including integrated AI with chat gpt. Although I haven't yet explored its team inbox features, as I'm the only one in my company here, I believe it would be great for teams. I highly recommend Missive for individuals. The only drawback is that the free version only keeps a 15-day history. I switched to Missive because older versions of Apple Mail don't support Exchange.

    I am extremely pleased with my experience using Missive. I've been a user for several years, since the company was just a startup. It's been amazing to see both the product and the company grow and mature, and I plan to continue using Missive for many more years. The product design is exceptional, boasting a multitude of incredibly useful features in a clean, user-friendly interface. It also offers powerful tools like keyboard shortcuts and rules that help me manage my inbox effectively. Over the years, I've encountered a few minor bugs, but whenever I report them, I receive a response and a solution from the team within 24 hours. Their support is excellent. I chose Missive because it provides a superior product at a more affordable price point.

I admire the developers' focus on functionality and usability without overwhelming with too many features. The support is excellent. I prefer the browser version due to my business's need for integration and adaptation, and because I like working on a big screen. The phone app works well, but I don't use it heavily.

    Missive: A Game-Changing Tool I Can't Give Up

    I am extremely impressed with Missive and can't imagine using any other email client. I've never felt so organized or in control of my inbox. The ability to create a flexible, customized structure for my email management has been a game changer. I have multiple inboxes for various purposes and Missive simplifies the entire process. There are countless ways to customize and automate it, and it includes all the features I need in a good email client, such as scheduled sending, snoozing emails, automated rules, templates, and more. I appreciate that I can use the same tool for social media, calls, texts, web chat, etc. The interface is simple, and I can build it out as much as I want. The team collaboration features within Missive are user-friendly, comprehensive, and crucial to my clients' and my workflow. I would like to see more integrations, as the cloud-based phone software I use is not currently supported in Missive.

    Thriving and Evolving with Missive

    Overall, I find that Missive has significantly improved our workflow and operations. Our team is more connected and communicative than ever before, thanks to the collaborative email features, chatting, assigning, and observer features in Missive. It allows managers to supervise employees ensuring no lead or email is missed, without being overly intrusive. Despite sharing emails, everyone has their own Missive account and tasks they can own. The chat feature has notably improved our team communication compared to when we used different Google hangouts. However, as Missive is still growing, we sometimes encounter technical or feature limitations. I also find it inconvenient that only the account owner can perform certain actions. As an administrator, it's bothersome to have to disturb the company owner every time I need to add a new alias. We chose Missive for its true shared email, chat, and collaboration, without the unnecessary CRM features that most other shared email platforms push. We switched to Missive because having different employees logging into different Gmail accounts was too confusing and inconvenient.
