It's perfect for straightforward projects with a clear task list, and it allows the team to track their time and monitor the project's budget and financial progress. I also like the updated interface, which took some time to get used to. However, I find the reporting somewhat challenging and wish it was more flexible and customizable. This software isn't ideal for managing long or complex projects with many iterations. If a project is iterative and develops over time, maintaining it can be time-consuming. The vendor responded to my feedback, expressing appreciation for my review and promising to pass my comments about the reporting to their product team.

Impressive Tool After Utilizing Project for
I'm disappointed with projectmanager-com. There's no phone support, which I wish I had known before purchasing the trial version. The Gant chart can't be shared and the software isn't intuitive. Overall, it's a really bad product and I won't be renewing.

I find Projectmanager.com to be a useful tool for planning our projects, which are visible to our teams. It allows us to integrate our planning across teams, providing end-to-end plans, a feature we previously lacked. The software is simple to use, making it easy for everyone to understand what's happening and when. It also provides visibility of work, as we can give read-only access to stakeholders across the business. The software is easy to set up, use, and share plans, which makes working with the teams more cohesive. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to add custom fields. Our teams are starting to use the diaries to keep track of their tasks and deadlines. However, it's challenging to see what everyone is working on when managing multiple projects, as there isn't a single overview of the projects and task breakdown. The plans also don't take into account holidays or leave, which can lead to tasks being allocated when people are not available.
