From my experience in the digital marketing field, SharpSpring by Constant Contact has been a solid platform especially when working on multiple client projects at once. The features that SharpSpring offers out-perform some of the major players, especially when they offer some good automation features and doesn't also require the same budget. If you have worked with multi-channel campaigns for small-medium businesses, you know how useful it can be to have an all-in-one solution to keep all your client work on track. With a built-in CRM and plenty of automation tools at your disposal, you can nurture those leads without worrying about keeping track of tasks and reminders.
A recent project is a growing e-commerce site that wanted both some email marketing and social media scheduling. SharpSpring made it easy to create relevant email sequences and schedule social posts as part of the same project. Instead of going back and forth between 2 applications, we were able to produce leads campaigns from 1 platform, which helps with the productivity and consistency.
However, not every user experience is going to be sunshine and lollipops. I have noticed on a small handful of occasions where either the form testing feature or list segmentation would not work consistently or slowly. This meant I had to re-create, test and trundle down a path to correct what was 'normal.' Furthermore, while I love the analytics dashboard, I would like to see a variety of reporting options, so I could get some deep dive metrics about campaign performance. As for customer support, they were mostly responsive and supportive, but I've spoken with colleagues who offered their experiences, felt underwhelmed in terms of support. Nevertheless, given the options SharpSpring offers, in the end, it was a pretty sweet deal if you're able to utilize it for all its worth.
If you're looking for an affordable and powerful marketing automation tool that accepts will manage complex campaigns and leads with little effort, SharpSpring is worth checking out.

Plus, it's incredibly user-friendly. In terms of cost, it's unbeatable. For a fraction of what competitors charge, you get all the benefits and so much more. SharpSpring is always on the move, constantly enhancing its feature set. While the cost does increase, it's only incremental and happens every few years.
