The drag and drop email builder is very user-friendly and can create professional-looking emails. The integration with our CRM system was smooth and functions exactly as we need. The customer service team is also very responsive. One minor issue I've encountered is that you need to ensure you save your email before sending it. I once sent a test and everything looked fine, but the actual email that was sent was a previous draft. It's a minor issue, but it wouldn't stop me from using or recommending Pure360 to others.
