Just What We Needed: ActiveDemand
I find ActiveDemand useful for managing our social media and email campaigns smoothly. Its features are extensive and easy to understand, with good integrations and sufficient APIs for custom integrations. The support is excellent. However, the user interface is not very intuitive and there are some undocumented features that I only found out about after contacting support. The vendor responded to my feedback, thanked me for it, and assured me that they are working on improving the UI and expanding the documentation for their features.
