Simplifies Learning Process Effortlessly!
In my company, Trainn works exceptionally well as it caters to 90% of our training sessions that require a trainer to guide the learning process and validate the effectiveness of the knowledge acquired. The Learning Management System (LMS) is outstanding as it stores training data that can be revisited as needed, fostering a blended learning environment. This environment supports social learning activities involving group work and self-learning activities promoting individual knowledge development. However, in self-learning, there's no absolute guarantee that the learner has adhered to all instructions for an effective learning experience. But, with a trainer overseeing the modules and validating knowledge through checkpoints and discussions during the training session, I am confident that the training has been effective.

Wide variety of branded products, but slow delivery.
I find that they offer a wide variety of high-quality branded products at excellent prices. My only complaint is the delivery time. I've made several orders and each one has taken between 1-14 days to arrive in Northern Ireland.

Last-Minute Christmas Delight with Trainn
This product was on my grandson's Christmas list and to my dismay, it was sold out in all major UK toy stores. I was hesitant to order from Trade Inn as they are based abroad, but I had no other choice. To my surprise, they delivered faster than expected and my grandson was thrilled. Their service was excellent and I will definitely use them again.

Exploring the Efficiency of Trainn: A User's Perspective
Overall, I prefer this tool, trainn, over the ones I've used in the past. It's easier for me to compile completion reports and provide visibility to my operations team. It's particularly useful when we have new hires, as I can simply assign them the necessary training modules. I value the fact that trainings are saved for future reference and that I can access my past trainings and review results on completed assessments or training completions. However, I find it counterproductive when trainings become outdated and are deactivated, as it defeats the purpose of saving them initially. I switched to Training-Online because the previous system was outdated and difficult to use.
