Overall, this software helps me save a lot of time as I no longer have to manually track individual completion and scores. I also don't have to depend on supervisors to monitor their teams' compliance and scores. I can easily generate completion reports and convert them into graphs to identify different trends. What I value the most is the ability to easily track the completion of our training material. It's been a fantastic tool as we no longer have to create handmade reports or use sign-off sheets like before. We usually have a deadline for completion and we track this on a weekly basis. This also helps us in monitoring whether participants pass or fail. What I dislike is the constant need to generate reports to gather updates. I wish reports could be generated automatically if I could input the dates I needed the report.
