Wishing for a Higher Rating
I wish I could give a higher rating, but I feel that the company doesn't meet the expectations of an online retailer. Although it's not expected to be like Amazon, honesty and efficiency are expected. The company's dishonesty about order, shipping, and delivery dates is off-putting and results in lost repeat sales. I rate it a 3 because I eventually received my order, albeit 2 weeks late and in a damaged box, after being given false delivery information. If the company were more honest, provided updates and accurate tracking information, I would consider purchasing from them again.
