Efficient CRM with Seamless Integration Capabilities

The team that implemented and supported Workbooks was excellent. They paid close attention to our needs and understood our business well. The entire company was a pleasure to work with. The software fulfilled all our needs and we were able to integrate it with our back-end systems to provide a consistent version of the truth. The API was user-friendly and the integration process was fast. We also easily integrated it with other SAAS software like MailChimp and Survey Monkey. The original user interface was outdated, but that has been updated now. As a smaller vendor, Workbooks doesn't offer as many ready-made integrations as other CRM vendors like SalesForce.

Versatile CRM Solution for Efficient Client Management

We utilize Workbooks for client support management and individual record keeping. We've recently upgraded our system for data protection and objection recording. I value the extensive customization we can perform internally and the flexibility of the reporting suite. However, linking to certain tables can considerably slow down the reporting process, especially with campaign membership.

Awful Service Experience

I had a terrible experience with Workbooks. They never posted the results of my day 2 test. I spent 2 hours on the phone and still didn't receive my results. I believe it's a scam. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

I find Workbooks extremely user-friendly with a comprehensible interface. It's easy to personalize layouts and views. Our customer service quality has enhanced and it has generally aided our company's growth. We required a specific feature and were told it would be available in a future release. We modified a business process and the feature was released earlier than anticipated.

PCR Test Cancellation 5 Days Prior

I had to cancel my PCR test 5 days prior to the appointment and was charged £15 for the cancellation. They said it could take up to 1 working days for the refund, which I don't think is good enough.
